My technical capability is best reflected in the systems I've built, the products I've shipped, and the business outcomes they delivered. However, technical skill alone is not sufficient.

As AI continues to mature, many traditional coding tasks are increasingly automated. I treat modern AI tools as practical enablers to improve efficiency and delivery, not as goals in themselves. I adopt new technologies selectively, based on whether they meaningfully improve the product and create measurable business value.

Over time, individual technical skills will inevitably be surpassed. That is not where my value lies. My value lies in taking responsibility for outcomes—building responsible, cohesive teams that use technology effectively to deliver reliable products and generate revenue for the company.
